Prepared in May 2026 for venture partners and investors: the case for an integrated, community-owned coffee processing and value-addition enterprise at Mission Centre Zunpha, from washing, pulping, and drying to roasting, grading, branding, and market linkage for Arabica grown across Tseminyu and neighbouring districts.
Each annual report closes with the strategic action plan for the following year, with outcome indicators: strengthening CCAs, conservation enterprises, coffee, Sendenyu, Community Forest Rights in the Western Rengma and the plantation project.
